Shifting Joey’s 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 so that when he feels like life is about to knock him off course, he 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐧 in order to make the very best decisions he can to “𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.”
Before he started the G.R.I.T. program he felt 𝐮𝐧𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤, not knowing where to start.
He was working around the clock at his business and 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 to eat and move his body with real purpose.
Joey learned that even with a demanding business, it was 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐒𝐄𝐓 once again!
Joey went through our process over 12 weeks and came out on the other side 22 lbs lighter, but more importantly 𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐲𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 (no fad diets), eased his way back in to moving his body to really 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 and stamina.
